How Do I Link Steam with Ubisoft Connect?

I have launched account management after being logged into my Ubisoft Connect account desktop app but under 'Linked Accounts' in the web browser there is no option specifically for Steam. I have a game in Steam that says 'This game is linked to a different account' when I try to play it, so I am wondering if I link my Steam account to my Ubisoft Connect account (that doesn't have the game that I clearly own in Steam) if that will help the issue somehow. Right now I am just trying to figure out how to connect Steam to Ubisoft Connect.
