Apologies for the late reply and sorry to hear it Assassin's Creed Origins crashes on your PC.
Please make sure you have updated drivers for your GPU. Check also available updates for your motherboard - AMD chipset drivers, new BIOS, audio drivers.
Do not update the BIOS by yourself if you are not 100% sure how to do it. Ask someone for assistance.
Can you share with us the game's installation path and Windows full version build (type WinVer in the Start menu and press Enter).

Hi, can you help me how to solve freezing problem after updating windows 24H2 ?
My laptop is Lenovo LOQ intel core i5 13450HX, ram 24gb, rtx3050. Everything is updated for now.
Sorry to hear it Assassin's Creed Origins stopped working on your PC after updating Windows 11 to the 24H2 version.
You can try to reinstall the game and Ubisoft Connect and try some general PC troubleshooting steps - Troubleshooting technical issues on PC[www.ubisoft.com] however crashes on 24H2 are reported by more players.
I would advise you to consider a rollback to the stable Windows 11 23H2 version, if the game worked on it correctly and wait for a few weeks for the 24H2 fixes.
You can keep an eye on posts related to issues with Windows 11 24H2 and when you see it's safe to upgrade, go for it.
Thanks
Please remove Denuvo or make a patch for a game, "Alternative free game version" works perfect on 24H2.
We cant go back to 23H2 bcs we have a new PCs and Microsoft allows to download only 24H2 for new PCs.
Sorry to hear it Ubisoft Connect does not meet your expectations.
Simply put, no, there is no way to bypass Ubisoft Connect to launch most of our games purchased on Steam.
Our teams are already looking why we notice more frequent crashes on Windows 11 24H2 and how this can be resolved. I will pass your feedback on to them.
Please fix the game and before you doing it, stop selling it at least for Windows 11 users.
The 24H2 update is rolling out every day and you need to fix your game before 100% of PCs get this update.
You were informed about this bug more than two months ago, what are you doing there for so long?
Where is the guarantee that some "25H2" update in the future will not break the rest of your games? How can we trust you after this and buy your games?

Well, i have been in contact with ubisoft support, tried alot of fixes to no avail, they escalated the case but it seems like their dev team is not going to be using any resources on this game as it's now too old...
Told me to keep an eye for microsoft updates for a potential fix 🙃
