Assasin's Creed Origins stuck after click new game
When i just purchased the game ..its all good. But after few weeks or Months ( not playing it ) i try to load my game ..it stuck. I try new game , select diifficulties (clicked) and then stuck ..only background screen no button to click. Please help. Steam refuse to refund because is too late . Any suggestion ? I've try reinstall ..not working. still stuck after new game select difficulties...as i said before .

Im sorry to tell you that but the game don't work its been almost 2 month and still not working everybody is talking about it and Ubisoft are not doing anything.

but wait for it they will fix it i hop

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you and to hear that when you click new game nothing happens despite your troubleshooting.

If this is still the case, to investigate the cause could you please try the following steps?

• If possible, install Ubisoft Connect and the game on the same drive as your OS
• End unnecessary background processes via Task Manager
• Clear the Ubisoft Connect cache file: https://ubi.li/oJ6r1
• All of the troubleshooting steps in this FAQ article >> https://ubi.li/e4DRO

If the above does not assist could you please advise the following regarding your system specs,

CPU:
GPU:
OS:
LAPTOP/PC:
HDD/SSD?:

NO! IT JUST HAPPENING AFTER NEW WINDOIWS 11 UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO MATTER WHAT I WILL DO, ITS THE SAME!!!! JUST SOLVE THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!!

still stuck like i said

This is due to 24H2. I've tested fresh installing my WHOLE os from a brand-new Microsoft ISO and updating fully. Please, fix the game we paid for. This isn't directed at you - just make corporate know this is an issue that is only going to get bigger and get more PR as more and more people upgrade to 24H2.

We do not have any new updates regarding Assassin's Creed Origins crashing on Windows 11 24H2 version, sadly. Our teams are working on identifying both the root cause and its resolution. Thank you for your understanding.

Mine is not crash just stuck. Windows 10

- Perform a SFC scan - https://ubi.li/gCxN0 (Win 10 & Below) https://ubi.li/OYBuj (Windows 10 & 11)
- Unplug non-essential peripherals (extra monitors, controllers, VR equipment, etc.)
- Reinstall the support software - https://ubi.li/s9Zj3
