"Hidden Ones" Shop in Memphis - Realised that never has got items from the DLC's to sell

Hello there UbiSoft "Support"[www.ubisoft.com] team,

Since Ubi$oft chose to become a tight black box when it regards their players/ customers inputs, thus having as evidence them shutting down their own site's forums a looong time ago, I've only found this place to suggest a game improvement that I think that it's seriously lacking for anyone who has Assassin's Creed: Origins (AC:O) plus it's The Hiddden Ones[store.ubisoft.com] and The Curse of the Pharaoh's[store.ubisoft.com] DLC's upon the respective existing "Hidden Ones" Merchant Store that appears in "Memphis" after a certain point of the game is reached.

In that "Hidden Ones" Store I can acquire legendary (aka golden) weapons from AC:O that are generated randomly in case I've missed one of those during my playthrough of hte game's campaign, but I've came to realise that it doesn't recognize if you've got the DLC's flags to also randomly spawn legendary wepons from both those extra content campaigns.
For instance, I accidentally "dismantled" my Palmette Carver from defeating the 2nd Anubis envoy upon The Curse of the Pharaoh's DLC and thus far the only way to reobtain it is to play a "New Game +" upon a Harder difficulty because the game doesn't allow you to pick which difficultuy you'd like to start your new game ftom.

So, is it possible to start making the "Memphis"' "Hidden Ones" Store recognize whom has which DLC or both DLC's flag(s) and also randomly generate weapons of those extra content campaigns so that players having a missfortune in that regard may still have a chance to regain those through legit means?
And in that mid time I'm eagerly waiting for your thoughts and eventual constructive inputs towards this topic.

Sadly atm, I can't open another AC:O's UbiSoft's "Support"[www.ubisoft.com] case because I've already got one open and as of the last couple of days AC:O's server connection issues are more than obvious as you can see from both these two differently taken time stamps snapshots displaying that there aren't any Trials of the Gods quest available nor for that matter Reda's "Daily Quests" as well.

And it's also UbiSoft's fault that a user can only keep an open "Support" case instead of multiple ones if needs be... as it's obviously needed by now.

Hi Ubi-Vinci, there are at least two more of us with the same issue, there are a couple of mentions on Discord as well. I've even gone as far as reinstalling, starting a new game and progressing through to Yamu, still no Reda quests/Trial of the Gods.

And highly alas, I've also been noticing similar issues with AC: Unity (AC:U) and AC: Syndicate (AC:S), but I'll post appropriatelly upon that area of AC:U's Steam forums section mainly to prove UbiSoft that we needed to have the capabillity to open more than one case upon their "Support"'s site and for rather obvious reasons by now.

Edit add note: Perhaps it's just me or the corpses from previous sessions are now not being removed as they formerly did? And I've also noticed a few patrols incongruencens when according to their previous patterns apart them not renewing themselves even when I travel far away from Memphis do a few side activities there (i.e., the Exclamation marks) and when returning to the city a few day cycles afterwards those patrols and animal spawning spots barely renewed themselves unlike they formerly used to.

It doesn't seem I had more luck with Reda and new quests either.
Not sure why, maybe it is something with the server.

It basically means that the bug that we've got simply isn't a fluke upon a few PC's because Ubi-Vinci also encountered the same bug as us when he/she reinstalled AC:O while trying to confirm the validity of our claim(s).

I confirm there are no quests and bosses do not spawn. Also in the daily challenge the progress is 0\10000

Please allow me to claryfy your sentences a bit because your initial sentence is referring to AC:O, while your following one might lead to some missinterpretation because the real problem is the customers/players not being able to get access inside AC:O to accomplish that related Ubi' Con[ubisoftconnect.com]'s Community Challange.
