[Solved] Q: Loading screen stuck during 'Fall of an Empire, Rise of Another' quest.

Last 2 weeks I spent about 49 hours discovering and completing almost every Point of interest/quest on the vanilla map.

The final vanilla story quest started the Hidden Ones campaign which begins with: Fall of an Empire, Rise of Another.
It's a naval quest, after destroying the first 3 ships, the game switches back to load (another cutscene??) but unfortunately it's an infinite loading screen. Even the music stops after awhile while the loading animation on the bottom right still functions.

I aborted/restarted the mission, but it doesn't bring me back to the open world, instead I'm stuck in this naval mission so I'm double stuck. I also verified installation files.

I spent so much time discovering the map, please tell me there is something to fix it....

If anyone has the same issue: Keep trying, my game went to the next cutscene after the 6th time.

Hey Spacehamster, thanks for reporting this issue! I understand you've faced a loading screen issue at this section of the game - sorry about that :(

I can see our teams are aware of this issue. As you'll perhaps know, the game has no active development happening at the moment, so a fix for this issue from our end is unlikely.

If anyone else faces this issue, I can certainly recommend following Spacehamster's excellent advice of trying again. In addition, I see some players have shared some workarounds at this Reddit thread, which other players have seen success with.

My apologies that I'm not able to help more directly with this issue! Let me know if there's any further thoughts or questions from anyone :)

Yet you still have this game on sale known about the game breaking bug.
How about fixing it instead of us having to have a pot luck workaround.
