Report a translation problem
In most cases, this happens because you've already activated the game on another Ubisoft Connect account. When you launch a Ubisoft game in Steam, Ubisoft Connect opens in the background and asks you to sign into a Ubisoft Connect account. This links the game to that account. If you then subsequently try to log into a different Ubisoft Connect account when launching the game on Steam, you'll get this error.
Do you have any other email addresses you might have used for another Ubisoft Connect account? If so, please try opening Ubisoft Connect, logging out, and then logging in with those other details.
