HELP ME FIX GLITCHES AND CRASH
I'm sorry devs, this is my first time playing an AC game and also the first time rating negative to a game. But the game runs poorly, I encounter crashes every time, NPCs on the quest are not moving or can't be talk to, and sometimes I'm stuck in infinite loading screen. Is there some kind of patch or fix to this? I think my card can run the game on low-medium but the fps is still the same as running in high settings. I have an rx570 card.

Please, if there is any help, I am willing to do every step. I really like this game, as you can see, I have 30+ hrs already despite the bugs. But I always encounter problems that mess up my gameplay.

How can I submit in the ubisoft support website? It only displays what should I do on the technical issue. The facebook page is not replying.

UPDATE: I cant submit my report, it says "In the light of the current situation, we are temporarily restricting our support to live chat only." I cant also use the chat since it is unavailable.

I tried to create a new game and it worked perfectly. I don't know if what cause the crash is my save file, the crocodile quest where I'm about to kill crocodile, or some place that I visit that triggers the crash.
