Hey there kurobaa,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
As your profile doesn't show the game owned on Steam, I'd like to know more about your setup.
Are you playing Assassin's Creed: Origins on PC with a Switch Pro controller?
Or playing another title on Switch itself?
Thank you!
- Ubisoft Support
The games officially supported controllers are Xbox One and Xbox360. The Switch controller isn't officially supported, so though it may connect, you may not have the full function of the controller, or be able to support hybrid control across your mouse and pro controller.
With that in mind, please try run through this Steam controller guide set up and switch between various controller profiles, that are not your current model of controller, as well as disabling different profiles, has been known to help some players > https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/features/steam_controller/getting_started_for_players
