It's normal? What do you mean?
Yes, the version is actually 451.48. How could a GPU update cause heavy CPU usage in AC Origins? I just searched a few moment on forums, and the problem seems to be common to a big players part, since the game was released. I add that everything works fine on any other of my games.
I didn't buy the game before installing the last version, so I can't tell if another one would fix that.
I did a rollback and tested for 15 minutes in Alexandria. No stutter so far. I'm using driver 446.14 now.

Regardless of what setting i use, ,weather it's low, medium, high or ultra, or weather v sync is on or not or if i am even limiting FPS To 30,60 with dynamic res off it does not matter my cpu useage is immediatly shot at 100% and this is also driving my Temps through the ROOF (even with cooling pad) despite all that ironically my FPS remains literally the same across the board. I've also noticed GPU useage is pretty much the same, makes no sense. I get Mommentary freezes, aside from that even at the highest settings on 1080p i am doing 40+ Fps sometimes 60 (but i have it limited on increasing further)
