Also a deinstallation of AC Origin and reinstallation did not help.
...and after reading some of the many postings in the Steam Forum about problems with the starting of AC Origin by the numerous users I am not ready to try out the hundreds of suggested solutions. I wonder what Steam is saying about this (probably they suggest that I have to reinstall Windows 10).
Any further ideas? ...and yes, the 3D Antialiasing FXAA is off
If you are still experiencing issues, please reach out to our Support Team directly[support.ubisoft.com].
I described exactly what I tried to solve the problem (reinstallation of STEAM and games, file checking according to troubleshooting manual, etc.), which unfortunately did not help. But I get from Ubisoft Suport exactly the recommendation to do this. Did they read my ticket at all?
Also if you have any mods installed take them out, I had a similar no start issue and uninstalling reshade solved it.
Syndicate and earlier are not like Origins or Odyssey, you may be disappointed, they will not play the same way, they are not open world or have similar rpg elements (tho Origins IMHO barely has rpg).
EDIT: saw your post in other thread, Let us know Walter! Pulling for you...
I'm wondering if it has more to do with Uplay launcher issues than Steam. I always have issues logging into UPlay and find myself having to launch UPlay offline before it logs me in. Login issue is what I'm saying.
