how can you use Fast Travel?

Do I need to reach a certain quest to use Fast Travel or why am I almost always prevented from using it.. Was trying to complete some side quest but no matter how I try to access Fast Travel something is keeping it from working..

Can't seem to figure out what the issue is, so I figured I'd ask on the boards and maybe someone else has experience with dealing with Fast Travel not working..

If it's during a mission, then fast travel maybe disabled.

Just to confirm, does it show as greyed out when you highlight a fast travel point?

To fast travel you need to unlock the Sync points in a town, but when this has been done you should be able to fast travel immediately.

yes it shows as Greyed, all the fast travel points.. even after I Unlock the Sync point I still can't fast travel to any of the spots I've already unlocked..

it seemed a bit weird as I managed to fast travel 1 time at the start of the game, and now Fast Travel is broken.. I'm pretty sure it's a glitch in my game rather than not being able to fast travel.. kinda messed up as I've put 5 or 6 hours into the game and really not wanting to start over..

it should be close to the fast travel senu icon or same place not the one on the north u want to go south it does not work that way u have to same place area to fast travel may be u did climb up and jump.
