Unable to play the game
I deleted my old saves and started a new game. I can launch the game and am able to load Homecoming quest, but the game repeats the same frames and same dialogues and I cannot play (doesn't matter what keys I press/navigate with my mouse). It is the first fight scene, but the game gets stuck before the fight starts and both the characters keep repeating the same dialouges and keep doing the same over and over again. HELP please!

Yes, it said, "failed to verify 5 files and they will be reaquired", but it did not help. Reinstalling the game now. The game used to work fine a few days ago, this problem occured after I deleted my previous saves and started a new game. Thanks for the support :D

Unfortunately reinstalling the game didn't fix the bug :(

Thank you for getting back to us.

Did you make any other changes to your system before this occurred? Installed any programs or updated drivers?

Can you try starting with a Clean Boot, to see if the still occurs? You can find steps for this here[support.microsoft.com]

Apparently it was a problem with my keyboard and mouse. My keyboard and mouse work just fine, it worked fine in the AC Origins loading screen as well, but as soon as I got into the game I could not use any of the keys. So I tried unplugging my keyboard and mouse wires, plugged them back in and the game works just fine now, I can move and attack. Guess my PC failed to take input from my mouse and keyboard after getting into the game for some reason. Thanks for the support, I can enjoy playing this game now!
