HOOD BEARD HAIR HELP

I can't toggle my hood on in my menu i can't chance my hair or beard either ....i looked for like a hour for a solution and i only find solutions for PS4 and XBOX but none for PC please help me with this problem.
(i tried middle mouse doesnt work either) D:

You should be able to change both these options from the Gear menu. Do you not see an option there? Could you provide a screenshot of your gear menu?

It looks like you already have the beard and hair enabled, did you enable it yourself or did it change to this? As Bayek should get a shave and haircut after a certain point.

For the Hood, can you try clicking the icon next to the clothes, where it shows a hood?

Thanks! the hood works now but in my story bayek havent had a haircut and a shave :/
maybe it unlocks when he has his haircut? :)

Hey there,

You get the chance to customise Bayek's appearance after he has his hair cut and beard shaved in the story (shortly after you reach Alexandria). You will see the icons for hair and beard customisation directly below the hood icon when available too.
