Report a translation problem
I replied in the other thread but let's keep the discussion here now. Have you made sure all of your drivers and your operating system are fully up to date? If they are, was there a recent update after the last time you played which may have caused this?

Did you recently update your Windows or make any changes to your system before this occurred? For instance even getting a new keyboard, mouse or controller?
We'd ask you to try launching in a Clean Boot via the steps here[support.microsoft.com], to see if this allows the game to launch.

This could possible indicate some issues with the HDD. Do you have other games installed on that drive that work?
