Tearing Like Crazy
Hey I'm not sure what the problem is but AC origins is tearing like crazy for me and I'm not sure where the issue lies. I'm using a freesync monitor and can see on the monitor's settings the refresh rate changing dynamically but I still get loads of tearing in the game that makes it nauseating.
Tearing is happening even at below my monitors native refresh rate, the only way it does NOT tear is with Vsync on but thats just incredibly annoying and defeats the purpose of having a freesync monitor with AMD graphics card.
I have tried adaptive sync in game, enhanced sync through the radeon settings, Vsync off but capping the frames, no matter what combo, except vsync, I am getting tearing.

I am running an RX580 and Ryzen 1600. Not sure if this is an ussue with AC, AMD drivers, or what, but just looking for suggestions or to see if anyone else is having the same issues.

Hey Flash Bazbo

Do you also use a freesync monitor? Or is your issue related to something else?
We advise to always use V-sync on and if the monitor's refresh rate is too high - 144Hz or 240Hz, to use adaptive sync set in the Nvidia control panel.

Let us know if you have any further questions
