Online Service Error
Really loosing my patience with this one. Have messed with firewall, fwd ports on router etc and nothing works.
Keep getting :

Online Service Error
A problem occurred while trying to communicate with a Ubisoft online service.
Please try again later.
If the issue persists, visit ubisoft.com
[0x00200101]

Happens in game any time I try to click on something in the store to purchase. Even something with the basic uplay community points. Everything loads correctly however.

Any ideas?

Could you please try all the steps in our AC Origins {LINK REMOVED} to see if they help?

Thanks for the reply. Yes I have already tried that page and opened a support ticket.
It really does not make much sense. Obviously I am able to communicate because the store completely loads in game. It is just like 1 second after I click buy etc, it pops up the error.
Could you ensure you have both the Steam and Uplay overlays enabled in their settings pages?

I do not own it on Steam, but on Uplay. Actually, I have the overlay disabled in Uplay. Could that cause a problem?
It's possible. Could you try enabling it to see if that helps?

Go into Uplay and enable the in game overlay. That fixed it for me.

Give it a little bit of time. The services may be down. That is what happened with srikanththalamaraju. It started working for him after a time.

Still experiencing this problem. All extra content i paid for isn't showing up and i cant access the club or store.. pissing me off so much.

i had this prob becasue of MSI gaming app which came with my graphic card! i disabled it and uplay ovelay worked like a charm. No probs so far. Hope this helps you :D

Wow, thank you, I've been wrestling with this problem for a while now and would never have guessed it was related to the MSI app. Tried what you suggested and fixed it. Good effort!

Can u tell me the name of the MSI app ?
