No. And it is infuriating! There is no option at all to save your game when you want to save it. I'm having to run around hoping for it to auto save before I can end a play session. This is absolutely ridiculous! You'd think Ubisoft has never made a game for PC before...

Changing your weapons triggers an autosave. Though if you die or exit in the middle of clearing something the enemies respawn.
