"... Steam filters negative and out of topic reviews". There, just fixed that sentence of yours to reflect the reality and not your currently biased PoV.
And what does "off topic" mean?
Search your favourite dic(k)tionary to find out and that simply because you just did made the rethorical question trying to antagonize me.
I've always said that the solution to this is pestering them at their UbiSoft's "Support site[www.ubisoft.com] with Open Tickets and provided that each customer/player can only have one open at a time, simply do the Math'.
Since ubi$oft simply has been refusing to have communicational skills towards properly handling their customers/players over the last decade by shutting down the forums part of their forums alongside with their current utter tripe "Support" exmaple as I already mentioned above to solve their own game's issues, either those that still weren't solved since games' release nor the ones purposedly inserted by their Ubi' Con[ubisoftconnect.com]'s patching, then we need to resort to more drastic and efficient measures than "Review bombing" a game upon a platform's forums that even their moderation staff doesn't come onto Steam's forums once a week to check upon any issues developments.
And if ubi$oft goes through major cash Public Relations (PR) and Marketing (Mkt) expensive campaign lenghts trying to falsely create a hype about Assassin's Creed: Shadows, thus if we don't show them otherwise and start voting with our wallet, then Ubi$oft assuredly will never even try to regain the communicational skills to address us properly like they once managed to do so.

Being their latest trend a totalitarian, low ethical and anti-democratically attempts in here by giving me "Warning for: Inapropriate Post", they're trying to shut down my "Freedom of Speech" and I, full well knowing that didn't break any of the Steam's "Conduct Guidelines", nor have done such to their current pinned threads upon that games' forums section and already have it cleared with the Steam's moderation staff that I didn't broke any of those rules, then I simply had to use my UbiSoft's "Support" Ticket to blantantly demand explanations about that glaringly reek of double standards attempt to try to make me shut up. And that's simply not going to happen, at least not until I can draw breath.
See? It shouldn't be hard to understand that everyone need not like the exact same games that you like.
And what, exactly, constitutes an "off topic" review?
You may full well can keep ramming your head against that wall
I can assume that you have no idea just what constitutes a so-called "off topic" review, then?
And clearly you can't even read between the lines. Not my fault in the slightest.
Although I'll even provide you an easy answer: ASCII Cat posted upon a game's review without any other single text attached to it. And now that I've proven you that I'm not 'IQ Challenged', what do you further want to stop stalking me?
"IQ Challenged"??? Stalking??? I have no idea what you are talking about, but you appear to have me confused with someone else.
At any rate, if you didn't know the answer to my question, all you had to do is say so.
Right... now try to reverse it when I clearly had proven you that knew what an "off-topic review was".

I only hope that all this at least serves the purpose to prove that you're a troll trying to see if they can antagonize me enough so that I fall into their flame baiting trap.
Comparing Origins to a mobile game might be one of the single dumbest criticisms I've ever seen for a game.
