And I'm mostly suggesting you this because there will be a time that no one will do that spoon feeding search / research for you.
But thanks to you, I've actually checked it again and it appears that Gold does contain everything.
how nice of you, lemme pull on that beard a lil hwhile. :*
it sucks that no option to buy upgrade pack to gold when already own base game.
buying season pass and deluxe pack more expensive than gold edition.
buying gold edition still include base game
Had an issue with last update on Windows 10 22H2 update, so it isn't just W11 that have issues.
Could load into game until "press a key" showed and then it wouldn't respond to any key or mouse input. Had to remove that update and game worked as it did before update.

KB506714 caused issue on Windows 10
Now "being an ass" is simply stating the truth.
And, quite frankly, I simply didn't fetch the Ubi$oft's Assassin's Creed: Origins (AC:O) page[www.ubisoft.com] right off he bat too because that one has recently changed into not displaying the different game versions like it used to, when I acquired my AC:O.
Scroll down on this page until you see all version listed to compare what is part of that package.

UBISOFT store is the best source to get a fast overview on each version on one page for different option of packages sold from Ubisoft, if you use a desktop web browser.
On cell it might be a bit more tricky as space a limited on cell and it is not easy to navigate without having page reload or active a link while scrolling down or up.
If you want "all" stuff then the only version would be Ultimate as that contains everything you can purchase in form of DLC for this game.
You can also make in game purchase of this content, so you don't really have to worry that you will miss out on that, but items in MTX store are rarely on sale with a reduced price and you need Helix points (MTX).
Also compare price between UBISOFT and Steam as where I live it is cheaper to purchase directly from UBI vs Steam on UBI games due to how exchange rate have changed and UBI charge in local currency instead of Euro.
Sorry to break it down to you, but spoon feeding others on what we could perfectly search / research on our own simply isn't my way of handling with other people.
It also mostly depends on the form and how they ask for that piece of information and, quite frankly, the OP did seemed more interested in being spoon fed rather than making his/her own search to infer what would suit him/her the best, period.
You don't like it, too bad for you. But I simply ain't here to be a crowd pleaser to everybody. And least of all someone with your one liner "hasty generalization" fallacy[en.wikipedia.org] type of stubborn communicational profile.
Next time just answer the question instead of going on a rant trying to look intelligent. It's not difficult.
Yes, gold pack contains everything (apart from Helix store items).
See. Was that hard? Apparently it was.
