Which game is better for naval battles: Assassin's Creed Origins or Assassin's Creed Odyssey?

odyssey has it as a main feature even after story is complete (dailies etc can be done or random encounters when sailing), Origins only in certain story sections. So Odyssey.

HIghly alas, I must admit that "naval battles" were solely portrayed amidst most of as Aya's memories inside Assassin's Creed: Origins (AC:O).
Imho, they've picked that rather timid return into naval style from the Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag's (ACIV :BF's) grandeur and simply improved upon that for AC: Odyssey.

Credist is due where it must. Simply put, it's one of those rare case in which AC: Odyssey can easily outshine AC:O.

Tbh, I was simply answering the question done by the OP. At that time, it never occured to me those 2 rather swell, and quite probably way better, options.
