Problem linking steam account with ubisoft

Hello everyone, I would like to link my Steam account with the UBISOFT account, but when I start the UBI game, it does not give me the linking option, nor can I link it in Ubisoft itself, has anyone had this problem and can you help? I've tried everything

Ubisoft Connect> Settings> Account Linking. You can link your Steam account there.

Or if you sign into your Ubisoft Account thru a web browser and go to account management.

the problem is that I went to Ubisoft already and there is no way or an option to link the account in the tab (account linking)

I start ubisoft through the web browser but it has all platforms except steam to link

You can try to clear the browsers cache just for Ubisoft's address. Make sure you dont have any ad blocking plugins or disable them for Ubisoft.

It does not make sense steam link would not be there.

I already did that, I cleared the cache, I entered with another browser, but on the web page it only gives the option of other platforms (xbox, playstation, facebook, youtube, twitch) but steam doesn't appear... I tried using the ubi client and it didn't it doesn't even have a binding option on the tab, just to remember the binding when starting a game through steam, because that's what doesn't happen. He never asks for this link

What happens when you try to do it thru Ubisoft Connect Launcher? Again, Open the launcher and go to Settings> Account Linking. What does it say?

with the ubisoft connect snack just appears a box to select saying that when starting a steam game to do the linking, I already selected it and even then it does not ask for this account linking

When selecting the box to enable steam link request. Did you restart Ubisoft Connect launcher? Once restarted, launch a Ubisoft game thru steam. It should than ask you to link the accounts.

yes, I've done that several times, I selected the box and restarted the snack, then I started the game (AC origins through steam) it already goes straight to the game... I tried to download a game that was never downloaded either but it doesn't ask for the account linkage anyway

Log out of your account in any web browser you logged in to.

Check the box to enable steam link request. Restart client. Than log out.

Launch a Ubisoft game via Steam. You should than get an option.

thank you very much friend after days trying to link with your help... I have the AC origins dlc on ubisoft and I don't have them here on steam just the base game, do you know if I can play these dlcs here or not? ?

Ok great! So your accounts are now linked?

Unfortunately no. If you have the DLC on Ubisoft Connect, but only have base game on steam. It will show as owned in the game but you will not be able to download or play them.

All DLC must be purchased on same platform as base game in order to fully work.
