There is a small amount of fictional elements in the base game but a decent bit more in the curse of the pharaohs DLC.

It also has sci-fi elements but only lore-related stuff, nothing that affects gameplay.

All of the "fantasy" elements in the game are explained through sci-fi means. Basically it looks like fantasy, but is actually sci-fi. Or drugs. There aren't that many of these "fantasy" moments in the game, though. Most of it is side content in the main game, but yes, Curse of the Pharaohs focuses on it more.

Hello!

From my perspective I would say there are science fiction elements, but keep in mind that is quite a wide and varied category.

The story itself will include the elder civilisation just like our other games, but if we're talking about Egyptian mythology I believe you will only find that in our DLCs.

I find it good that there's not too much "fantasy elements" involved in this game.

We still keep to the game's roots! The more fantasy-sized content is within DLC and this let's the game spread its wings a bit more with some stunning new locations and creatures.

I hope you're enjoying the game :)
