You are actually below recommended with your GPU OP. There is a massive difference in performance between a GTX 750 and GTX 760. And the minimum GPU this game calls for, a GTX 660, is ALSO more powerful than your GTX 750. So this puts you below minimum requirements for this game, in terms of your GPU.
Now you have a decent CPU, but unfortunately it can't just pick up the slack for the GPU, that's not how PC hardware works in games.
Also, at minimum requirements Ubisoft says you can expect 30fps at 720p, at LOW settings.
I'm not sure what your settings are at, but you will need to set them even lower than that to achieve a somewhat playable 30fps.
It's unfortunate news I'm sure, but in order for you to play new Triple A games you really need to upgrade your GPU. If you can get a GTX 1050 or 1050ti or 1060, or a used GTX 960 or 970 or 780 ti, (shoot for 4GB of vram minimum if possible) etc., the rest of your specs will still be quite decent and you'll play newer games no problem for the foreseeable future.
This is just how PC gaming goes. I know you can play triple As from a few years ago, and I know this game's requirements are sort of high, but that's just how it is. It will only get worse as time goes.
Your PC as it is right now, is less powerful than the Xbox One and PS4 in terms of GPU power, let alone the PS4 Pro or Xbox One X. (your CPU would destroy any of the console's CPUs on the other hand)
So if you want to keep playing these new big triple A games on your PC, you need to upgrade your GPU. It's the only way, really.
(at least, it's the only way if you expect a decent experience, like 1080p resolution, and medium or higher settings, and 30fps or higher framerates... these would give you a console-like experience)
And putting your benchy screenshot everywhere isn't helping anybody mainly because no one has a clue what CPU/RAM you have or what res you are playing at.

I have a GTX980 and get 56 fps average, 6 more than the GTX1080 above.
Fast RAM and game installed on SSD. Settings maxed out. Resolution 1920x1080. Perfect game optimisation!
is there actually a way to disable motion blur in ACO?
4k gaming -> more small details (tree branches in distance,...) -> motion blur kind of "blurs" them again...
People can be harsh in here, but as others say, you do not meet the minimal requirements to run this game. It's not what you want to hear, but sadly, you have to at least upgrade your GPU if you want to run this kind of game properly.
Could we please settle this issue like civilized trolls!
Now that I have cleaned up all of the toxicity and childish fighting (and put the popcorn aside), I am going to go ahead and lock this thread to prevent it from happening again. Please be civilized and respectful when you all are posting to the forums.
