If it does its not going to much of a sale on Steam, its only 17% cheaper on Uplay.
I purchased one but was unable to apply it to Origins at all. And even their FAQ notes that the code does not stack with any other sales offers.
Yeah, I was looking at this option too, and the max you can get is the HIGHEST amount of discount. So if it's already 17% OFF, and you can have a 20% OFF with the code you get for trading Uplay points, ONLY the 20% OFF discount code applies.
So in essence all you get is 3% OFF on top of that 17%.
Which... Isn't that impressive. It's a new game but it's still kinda expensive, and I worry if it will run fine on my PC. I prefer to have the option to refund it if it runs poorly, and people here are saying Uplay doesn't do refunds. (Is that actually true?)
So... I hope it will get at least 15-20% OFF on Steam during the upcoming sale (Wednesday).
PS, OR, it might not stack at all, like, not applicable, as you say. :( If that's the case it sucks...
Nah on mine in AUS it lets me do both the 17% off for Black Friday plus the other 20% off code. Have a look in the screen shot.
