Any examples?
Origins didn't get greedy with the outfits and weapons like Odyssey. In Origins outfits are one item and they are cosmetic. And you can get outfits by just playing the game that are unique looking and aren't just lazy shameless color palette swaps of low tier gear.
The Heka chests are purchased with the currency you use everywhere else so If one were to... *ahem* cheat... well. That's why odyssey started with the orichalcum.
I always felt that randomized loot was greedy. Too much like loot boxes and when Ubisoft decided to break outfits into multiple pieces along with the crappy pull rate and slow drip feed of orichalcum which is meant to make sure you play the game at least a little every day so it can psychologically condition you to play the game as a habit and therefore increase your chances of making a purchase and once you do make that first purchase, your more likely to keep spending. This kind of setup makes me refuse to purchase the overpriced outfits anyway.
Randomized loot draws are something that needs to stay on mobile games although I'd prefer they be banned from the industry.
