Can't Find All the Synchronization Points

So I just finished completing the last fast travel point in Valley of the Kings only to find out that it was just the 74th one, and in the upgrade section it says that there are 78 of them, so where is the rest of them? Cause I don't think there's more map than Egypt, Sinai and Valley, because I unlocked all of the points in those maps, and there's no more DLC or anything, so where are they?
