Points Shop Does Not Work
HEY

Is it only me or it is a common issue? When I am logging in into points shop, it shows me nothing... Like, absolutely nothing!..

Any ideas?.. Shall I contact Steam Support about this?

Working for me. You should def open a ticket with steam support. Or just exit steam and open it again to see if it works. If not, you may have to uninstall, but be warned it will also delete your games installed.

I contacted support. So far they sent generic answer where non of solutions can be applied to me.

Just so we are on the same page. What points shop are you talking about? Steams point shop? Or Ubisoft's store where it shows your points from completing in game rewards and achievements? Which you can than turn into game discounts.

Not sure than what you mean by logging into points shop. I dont need to log into either.

In Steam. It is the page where you buy emojis and wallpapers for your profile. When I enter it, it starts loading and I see items there for mini-second and then it disappears. I just see nothing, only page's background...

Try deleting game cache under downloads, and both web browser cookies and cache.

That should help.

Hello NordicSpirit26, thanks for clarifying what the issue is exactly.

I would also recommend clearing the Steam cache and web browser cache to resolve this issue, here is a guide with the menu for reference > https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/6AD7-820D-8BE5-E51F

I would also recommend, logging out of Steam entirely, closing Steam, resetting your router, then relaunching Steam, as this has been known to fix a similar issue with content not appearing on certain Steam tabs, so this may also help with the Points shop too.

Ok. Clearing cache in Steam didn't help. I will try comlete restart of router and steam later on.

I also got official answer from Steam support. It seems that can't do anything here:

Items for this game are not showing because Steam is waiting on the developer/publisher to complete their submission regarding the Community items for this game. Until that happens they will not be available.
