Not sure than what you mean by logging into points shop. I dont need to log into either.

I would also recommend clearing the Steam cache and web browser cache to resolve this issue, here is a guide with the menu for reference > https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/6AD7-820D-8BE5-E51F
I would also recommend, logging out of Steam entirely, closing Steam, resetting your router, then relaunching Steam, as this has been known to fix a similar issue with content not appearing on certain Steam tabs, so this may also help with the Points shop too.

Hello,
Items for this game are not showing because Steam is waiting on the developer/publisher to complete their submission regarding the Community items for this game. Until that happens they will not be available.
