Hi. I have a good weapon but its cursed how do i remove the cursed from my weapon.

You get another weapon. One without a curse. You can't remove the effects from a weapon.

it gives you good crafting meterial when you dismantle it.

I think they were meant for low health crit builds but they didn't put enough in the game to make that work.
