Do weapon stats stack?

I mean if i have like 30% chance of critical hit on 1 weapon
and on the 2nd weapon slot i have one with 20% critial hit chance

do i get 50% critical hit chance or is it just for the weapon?

Other parameters are only for the weapon they're on, so I guess it's the same for this one.
