Why can't i sell or dismantle legendary weapons?
I've got some legendary low lvl stuff in my "weapon holder" but they are still useless?!

why would anyone dismantle legendary weapons? just go to the blacksmith and upgrade them. you're shooting yourself in the foot if you just need resources from them.
