Any SLI support for this game?
Anyone know if Ubisoft is planning any SLI support for this game? Got two 1080s in SLI, but sadly the game doesnt support SLI (Which both Unity and Syndicate does). The FPS drops in Alexandria is annoying.

Considering the last few AC games have SLI support, I'm hoping Origins will get it eventually. Can't say for sure though.

Your gpu is probably getting bottlenecked. In this case I'm not sure if even SLI can help with those drops, as your cpu/ram would probably be the limiting factor.

Nonsense. I get over 150fps at 1080p. SLI is needed for 4K on this game for a consistent >60fps – I play exclusively in 4K. It's not a CPU problem.

You're painfully uneducated about SLI. I can easily get 144FPS@144hz, but that is nowhere near as impressive as 60FPS@2160p. Running a 5930k, 64 GB DDR4 with an SSD. SLI would mean a 70-100% increase in framerate.

How am I "uneducated" about SLI when I made zero claims? I was simply speculating because we don't know the exact cause of the performance issues in this game.

This is what I mean: https://youtu.be/GRk5GjneKv4

You won't get great scaling if your cpu is the limiting factor, it's called a bottleneck.

This right here is why I don't do sli. So many devs don't bother and when they do its poorly done.

I'll take my developer abuse on a single ti thanks. :P

I was getting 120 FPS Outside very high on 3440x1440, with my 1080 TI, 70-93 in Cities, Maxed out with DOF off, and 107 outside that same way, I could play many AAA Games at least @ 5160x2160 and most at 6880x2880 Maxed out, 5K = 60FPS, 40FPS = 6K, one of those games being AC Unity, with my 1080 SLI .

SLI is a powerful tool, devs not caring is just as powerful as that,
@OP, Sell and aim for your strongest single GPU . Or get the Volta Ti when it comes out.

I also got lowest with no DOF, 55FPS, I avg 60 @ 4K . Going by the benchmark, where is the proof for this? I made that thread and none of you cared, so don't ask me . They were taken down, though, cause I had some commenters on my thread, for my new profile showcases*..

Though, I would NEVER downgrade from 1440p 21:9 for that 4K 16:9 BS, In any-case .
This thread needs to be locked, faxs are : this thread went from SLI Support, to how many frames @ X Res people get, fuaking hell lmao .

You're using pretty low settings for demanding games if you're doing that. 1080Ti was shown already by Jarred Walton to be unable to sustain even 90 FPS in AC: Origins @2560x1440p. http://www.pcgamer.com/assassins-creed-origins-performance-guide/.

2018, Haters that are still cooked on envy to me, since 2016 .
2018, Friends that will try to mind twist you, and post here, and go ghost on you .
2018, People who still don't know to read, darling, this is why we can't have nice things .

I am trying to noice here, because I hate your kind most of all .
*Please don't compare me to other users and whatever else,
*Please don't assume something is factual due to someone else,
*Please know I made a thread where I posted screens, no one cared expect Maskeno .

*Benchmark : DOF Off/Clouds Off On My PC :
*Outside: 107 FPS Around, It Never Drops Below 100 .
*Inside Cities: 70-93

4K That Is Pointless Thanks To 16:9 :
Actual Benchmark : 55 Low | 62 Avg | 66 Max .

That was on my 6850K...
My 6850K is now my Old CPU.....
