How do you leave Thebes and go back to main Map?

I went to Thebes by mistake and couldn't find a way out. The map of Thebes does not show the main map at all. Even searching online nothing showed up. Does anyone know how to return to main map? I am level 42, and haven't finished main map, and trying the Pharaoh's curse at this level I get killed easily.

Using a mouse and the scroll wheel scroll wheel to zoom out until the other map appears. These maps are special and if you dont wish to hard slug back just scroll wheel out then select a fast travel in the other map.

Do lots more exploring before playing any main quests. Unlock fast travel all over the whole worlds this will be your saviour later on.
Get levelled up a lot find treasures help villagers fight locals swim explore pyramids fly Senu to get more areas uncovered.
There is a ton of side stuff to do to get your special weapons and levels up.
