Is it possible to play peacefully?
Please read rather than shout me down. I hate fighting and killing but love to be able to explore, gather, craft etc in realistic scenery/world. This game looks so beautiful that I do not want to miss it, but I do not want to spend lots of time fighting.

So can it be played peacefully? If it means modding or using console commands I'm fine with that. Just want a game I can play my own way.

Thanks

Murders happen everytime everywhere. Sadly it is the reality.
But this is just a videogame, so why are you against it? At least the combat system in this installment is actually fun unlike the previous ones...

By the way, this is what you are looking for:

I think putting the difficulty to the lowest setting might be your best bet they have a discovery mode but thats more for sight seeing in a sense.

lol didnt see the last person on the page had the discovery mode linked

Another thing to note they have a thing called animus control panel but essentially it gives you console commands to tweak the game to your liking, i havent played around with it much maybe someone else here would know if it can give you the results you're looking for. If not look on youtube and check out animus control panel and see the options it gives you.

I mean its called Assassin's Creed for a reason.
Very few games offer completely non-violent options to beat the game.
Witcher 3 is the game that Origins and Odyssey are mechanically inspired by, and there wasn't a non-violent option playing through that game either.
Same goes for Skyrim or basically any other open world action RPG type game, unless you download mods.
What you want is Dishonored, or something stealth oriented like that.

It's not about "morels" or something. She doesn't want the fighting parts, the combat... although you can't avoid it forever because in most missions you are tasked with assasinating or fighting some NPCs.
