But this is just a videogame, so why are you against it? At least the combat system in this installment is actually fun unlike the previous ones...

I mean its called Assassin's Creed for a reason.
Very few games offer completely non-violent options to beat the game.
Witcher 3 is the game that Origins and Odyssey are mechanically inspired by, and there wasn't a non-violent option playing through that game either.
Same goes for Skyrim or basically any other open world action RPG type game, unless you download mods.
What you want is Dishonored, or something stealth oriented like that.
