Simple performance Fix for Nvidia users
does your game offer similar FPS no matter if you use Low or High settings?

If so there is a simple fix, that I'm going to tell you.
So have you ever wondered why your fps is like 40-60 no matter where you are? I believe its due to lack of decent cpu optimization or stability issues. Even though I have a poor CPU I managed to fix this problem by a simple tweak.

Instructions

1. Open Nvidia Control Panel
2. Go to Manage 3D settings
3. Program Settings and pick Assassin's Creed:Origins. If you cant find it then simply just press Add. It should be there on the list(If you played AC recently)
4. Then change these values

Maximum pre-rendered frame - 1
Power managment mode - Prefer maximum performance
Texture filtering - Negative LOD bias - Clamp
Threaded optimization - On
Triple buffering - On

What does it do?
I believe it forces your system to use full power onto your game instead of background programs. I did a simple test out of curiosity. before I changed settings. So I opened a Video onto a browser. I could play the video just fine no changes whatsoever on the game.
after I changed settings. This time I tried playing a video on my browser and the video was freezing and stuttering but the game was running smoothly on 60-70fps. I recommend using these settings if you like to play with a controller its definitely much better using a controller on higher frames than lower.
Settings were at high preset

My specs
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
RAM:12gb 1600mhz
CPU: I5-4460
SSD: Samsung EVO 850
OS: Win 10 PRO 64-bit
