Take part in at least half of the side missions the game offers and you're already swimming in game money and experience.
Again I ask...
Can you lvl fast enough to play only the main quest-chain? Or, will I fall behind and have to do side quest to catch up?
Should've chosen CoD for 10 minutes per match.
ahah.
ahahah.
what is OPEN in this openworld?
every location is separated by level so there is no freedom of movement.
and every mainquest separated by 2-5lvl gap that force player to grind sides and camps to get there, which damages the immersion, player sometimes lose the narrative thread.
player doesnt have a freedom of choise.
it is the same stream line as in "linear game", its just flooded with lower quality "activities" that allows to smear a 5-7hour-ish main plot into 70hours grindfest.
yet its not as bad as Odissey which is single player asian mmo, revolving around monetization system and not around gameplay.
author of the thread - if you want to know what Origins feels like - imagine Dark Souls without Bosses, where you play shield-window-attack gameplay for 70hours against ordinary mobs.
Gl&hf.
P.S. it still has some brightsides like you get to know why Assassins started to cut fingers and who heroes wife really is. but nothing more sadly.
but if you have very lil time, there are other games better suited.
What a weird and creepy insecure insult to CoD out the blue there. CoD has a campaign too you know, and maybe he does have CoD and wanted a single player game that wasn't a shooter.
Where is that "you just went full ♥♥♥♥♥♥, never go full ♥♥♥♥♥♥" meme to fit you here?
Grind is an actual activity and a word. It is not a religion that "exists" in some gamers minds. Lmao
Imo if folks think games are chore or log on to do chores then yes the grind is real. And again. Imo. If folks feel that way perhaps this is the wrong game.
Personally if you just go around exploring and doing Side Quest you'll have plenty of money and XP.. atleast for me personally I do.. I'm at like 27 - 28 right now, and gaine a new level every other hour of game play.. Then again I'm not playing speed rush 9000...
Talk about insecurity and we have this tool come rushing in here white knighting...
Play the game, there's no grind. There's no MMORPG repetitive tasks.
There is no grind.
