If you can only get 1, get The Hidden Ones. I still reccomend both & The Curse of the Pharos has more content.
If you want education, Discovery mode is really good, purely educational though.
The Curse of the Pharaohs hasn't got any "important" stuff to add to the story, but is quita fun, with larger Maps than the hidden ones, a lot of new enemies, bosses, and places to visit. If you can afford it, buy the seasson pass.
