Can you play as female?

Yes that one was planned as a male/female choice from the start. Looking forward to doing both M and F playthrough.

Don't let that stop you from playing Origins though - it's really superb. And you get a "female Desmond" lol...

You can use the Animus to hack the game and use a female character's skin, but you'll still sound and act as Bayek.

Using the Animus to hack your file deactivates achievements.

It's a game feature. If you don't care about achievement, you can change a vast amount of options in the game, from character skins, to damage dealt, movement speed, infinite arrows, and much more.

You can use it from the very begining? (I havrnt play this yet)

I'm pretty sure you can use it early on. I think you hit shift+F2 to open the uplay overlay, and you can hack it from there, or hack the file while at the main menu.

Doing this will create a new copy of your save file that has a special background so you know its hacked.

Just fyi you probably won't earn achievements if you hack animus, if you care about those check first.

Shift + F2 and go to the bottom !

a story that I don't care because male protagonist...I'm not going to spend any money on it, all my money are on Odyssey just because female option
