Can't Loot Item/ Complete Location Bug

This location, "Akhet's Crown", is in far eastern Egypt, just north of Memphis, in Ineb-Hedjet Nome, outside of a small fortress called Pr-Hapi-n-Iwnw.

In the video I am pushing the hell out of the 'Y' button from every which angle and I simply am unable to pick up this single object, stopping me from completing this location and putting the completionist achievement at risk.

Is this a common bug, or must I restart the entire game in order to pick up this item which is probably some sword that is weaker than the one I already have?

I Haven't seen this bug being reported before. From what I remember, I was able to pick it up with no issues. (Yeah, I know, not very helpful.)

Restarted game application, am now able to pick it (carbon crystal) up. Like magic or something.

Yeah. Restarting the game is usually the easiest thing to try when something like this happens. Glad you got it fixed.

Thank you for making me aware of this bug, Nonums. Glad to hear restarting was an easy workaround for you. You can also try reloading the quest objective in the main menu in the future before trying to relaunch the game completely.
