Human shield
Hey, I haven't played in a while an I'm getting back into the controls.

Just wanna know if you can use enemies as a human shield in combat an how to do so.

I know how to counter an stagger enemies, but cant remember if grappling is a thing.
Tried looking it up but found nothing.
~Cheers

yea, its a skill in the skill tree. you can ram into enemies with it, pushing them off cliffs or into water, or just onto their backs

If you carry an enemy's dead corpse it protects you from ranged attacks like arrows. I saw it in a video on YouTube several days ago. I think the downside of that is, you can't attack back until you put down the body.

Although this is not a current feature in the game, I will be more than happy to relay this to the team as a suggestion.

Personally, I think this would be a pretty neat feature to take advantage of.

Call me crazy, but I can never bring myself to do that. Letting the dead rest in peace and all. I will move them if I need to, to keep someone from spotting them and raising an alarm.. but I was so glad when the guards in ACO don't flip out and set off the ALARMS when they find a body. I prefer to leave them where they fall.

I know it's a game, but it's just my thing.

Well they've allowed it in past assassins creed games, so why not this?
It's not big deal, I just forgot if it was possible to do at all

There are actually 2 skills in the warrior section that can force enemies backwards. The shield 'charge' was mentioned, but there is also the one which allows a light attack (tap) followed by holding the attack like an overcharge.

This adds a shield bash in the middle of the follow up attack animation. Using both in a chain, over and over, is crazy powerful on anything but brutes/elites.

I started using this since those damn archers can run backwards faster than I can run forwards.

Chuck a quick firebomb at them and they'll dance a different tune! :-P Then you can run up on them easier. Or, shoot 'em in the face with a fiery predator bow, then they'll just stick around, dying and burning.

Which one? The first is hold shield (Shift on pc), then press Use (E) and hold it, along with moving forward (W)... to shield ram someone.

THe other is attack once with left mouse button, then press and hold LMB until Bayek does the maneuver. He will stab twice (?) then shield bash, then follow up with a another bigger stab.
