Level 40

I’m on level 40. How do you beat guys that are on 43 etc like the gladiator arenas. I can’t go any higher the 40

You can go higher, with the DLCs.
Other than that, higher level mean, they give more damage to you, and they can take more damage.

So the answer is... just don´t let them hit you, and you have to hit them more often, as higher they go... ;)

Its such a shame that Ubi made lvl cap to 45 only if you purchase dlc

Hey morrisonjake05!

As others have mentioned, the level cap goes up with the DLC's. With the Hidden Ones, you can go to level 45. Then, The Curse of the Pharaohs will take you to level 55.

Do you have to play the dlcs in order to level up. Or do you continue on the base game with you levelling up, having the dlcs installed

If you have the DLC's installed, then your levels can begin rising towards your new level cap no matter where you are playing.
