Should Phylake Icons show on the map? Cant find last one

So for a long time now I have 9/10 Phylakes and cant seem to locate the last one at all.
Have lit braziers in most regions and none show up. Pretty sure I also killed the 2 level 40 ones. I have 2/3 keys too.

Any other tips? I scanned the map but didn't see an icon for his whereabouts but im not sure if the icons are always ont he map anyway - if anyone knows?
I wish Ubi would sort this quest as it seems lots of people have the same issue with the last one

There used to be an issue where I had to advance the time with meditation, and cycle from day to night and day again, etc, a few times... One time I had to forget about getting the last one and played for about a week, doing other quests, and suddenly the icon showed back up again. Something about that last one was always a little wonky.

You could try this though: Go to a fort, not too large a one, and set off the alarm by shooting a fire arrow at the fire tower thing. You can also let one of the soldiers do it. The phylake might show up to help stop you. You just have to be good and take out all the guards, and him, or, you can run away and hide and watch the fort for the phylake to show up in a few minutes...

Just DON'T sabotage it ahead of time. That will negate the ability for it to bring in the phylake. :-)
