This is just a feature to help you not get stuck out in open water. This is made for more of a gameplay feature than a realism feature. I know what you mean though, sometimes they smack you real hard on the head.

since they mostly shout at you in Ancient Egyptian while trying to run you down, I mostly assumed they were calling me an idiot for swimming in croc/hippo infested waters, but were still trying to rescue me anyway (that's why I don't steal their boats).

I always use fire arrows on any boat that does this to Bayek :steammocking:

I wondered this too but they can be really helpful or a real hinderence especially when about to board a roman ship!

I like it if there are two people on a boat then bayek will just throw one off into the water when 'borrowing' the boat.

Not very medjay like lol

I also like to full-speed-crash a borrowed boat into other boats or onto land once I no longer need it - with the boat owner still on board of course.

hehe glad you like it. I've always had boat related nicknames so I figured it should be the same here. I always wait for someone to make a reference to topics like this and it always makes my day when someone does, thanks! :steamhappy:
