Cannot find this outfit anywhere!

Weaver shops don't sell it and it's not obtainable through quests.

Not showing in my game either, and I didn't see it in the Store. Not sure where you get it. Could it be a PS4 exclusive or something? Did they do that with the outfits? Random "drop"?

Not sure but apparently it's one of The Hidden Ones outfits.

I haven't been able to find it anywhere. Since completing THO DLC main quest line, I have been to every Weaver in Alexandria, Heraklion, Cyrene, Siwa, Memphis, and Krokodilopolis yet not one of them has it.

I have already purchased/acquired all other outfits. Yet still cannot find the Gracious Outfit anywhere.

Quick Update: I have been to ever Weaver on the main Map and the Sinai Map and it is nowhere to be seen.

Finally started the DLC, been to weavers in the first area and no Gracious Attire yet...

I think you're right, it's probably just another bug. I even tried a system of selling an outfit or two as well as materials to a Weaver then returning to purchase the Gracious Attire that would supposedly appear that way, but it didn't work either.

I decided to investigate a bit myself: Are there only 2 weavers in the Sinai?

Of the 2 I found, neither offered Gracious Attire to me. I've not collected everything though if this is a consideration, but did notice 2 outfits I'd yet to see before the DLC. Perhaps the Developers will make finding any and all outfits as simple as going to the correct weaver.

I do have the salesman ability, but not the purchase crafting materials ability found in the Seer branch if this makes a difference.

I have both of those Abilities and I haven't come across it yet. I made my way down the "east coast" of the main map: Herakleion, and on down to some I can't even pronounce Inmw-Prw or something, and Karasoros, etc.. NONE of them offered my Gracious Attire to buy. (I've already checked out the ones in the Sinai. No luck.)

It even shows up in a google search as "possibly the hardest common tier outfit to buy" in The Hidden Ones DLC. Doesn't look hopeful.
