Desert Hallucinations

Do these hallucinations lead to anything in the game, i know one is an achievement but was curious to know if they were meant for anything in the game or just part of staying in the sun during the game in the desert....

So far they are purely aesthetic, I noticed I once saw a burning bush and whispering voices, maybe its all leading up to some Isu twist on the supposed birth of christ coming up... Or they are just mirrages (sp?)

I've come accross so many in game, locusts, a storm with falling bugs, burning bush, some purple flowers, following a guy on a camel who comes to rest on the sand, a guy with a staff that turns into a snake, flying carpet, voices, some lady that looks like she was mourning someone, a kid and by the kid thst was there he was astanding near a shape of a snake in the sand attacking something, i've heard a heartbeat, i've heard the sounds that lead to something, meteor shower (this coud be normal in the game), and now i just had someone riding with me on the back of my horse~! A horse running next to me... I can hear windchimes, i heard a battle going on with swords, and what sounded like an animal dying and screaming...All of these in the Qattara Depression

So the battle one was an Elephant with dead people all around and the noise of the screaming animal was the elphant... Things are getting interesting now lol

Watch for the lone figure standing and pointing. You should follow the direction he is pointing... There is a point to it. (no pun intended)

Just found another one where there was a bird feasting on a dead body....
