Im sick and tired of you ubisoft employes!! never ever buying any other ubisoft products! Still waiting for my sunslayer sword from the last challenge but you people say the same ♥♥♥♥ over and over again "Create a case and we will look into it." freaking weeks later next challenge is up same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ problem! sorry for bad grammar and bad language but you clearly dont care about this issue.

why did I get no reply? the spaniards outfit can not be sold back to the weaver shops this needs to be fixed. Got it from the heka chest twice and now have dupes

I just encountered this problem but after restarting Uplay and the game, I received the item. You guys can try doing the same and see if it fixes the issue.

Well, i didn't recieve the anubis costume aswell from the last trials of the gods last year and i am quite upset and dissapointed about that. So where is my case number located at?

Once you've created a case, you should be able to find the number at the top of the page.
The Anubis outfit should be automatically to your account once you've completed 4 of the God trials and obtained the 4 God items.
