Origins doesn't come with an activation code when you purchase it on Steam. Instead, when you launch the game it'll be activated on your Uplay account.

Could you try verifying your game files in Steam, then exiting Uplay and Steam and setting them both to run as administrator?

try this-- uninstall uplay,restart pc,install last version of uplay,turn on auto login in uplay ,shut down uplay,start steam as admin. and lunch AC through steam
