Shadows of the Scarab

Seems this quest line is bugged. I killed one of them but never killed the second. If you complete the dlc quest line and never kill the second, he never shows up again. I cant find them on the map anymore. Has anyone else had this issue.

I killed the first one and the second wasn’t anywhere on the map. I reloaded the quest objective and the second one popped up. Seems a lot of the bugs in The Hidden Ones can be fixed by simply reloading the objectives.

Same; I sparred a few times with the Shadow of the South a few times at far too low of a level and forgot about the Shadows until I leveled up. Once I got strong enough, I killed the Shadow of the North and went hunting for the Shadow of the South -- he had VANISHED!! I found this comment and tried unselecting and reselecting the objectives to no avail. Desynchronizing did the trick. Good luck!

That worked for me. Bear in mind that you have to "reload" the quest, not untrack it and retrack it.
