Controller + Meditation?

Using a XBOX controller (or in my case a PS4 Controller), what would be the button combo to meditate?

I assume "select" is a Playstation button. I'm using a Series X controller on PC, so which button do I use....? And is it the same for Odyssey as well as Origins...? I'm asking because I've been to the controls screen in options and it doesn't say on either game. Also, I couldn't find any info online. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

For Xbox it will be the View button, just hold it for a couple of seconds.
