That sucks, i really prefer to start my day on the early morning rather than in the afternoon. Thanks for the help.

Someone said that advancing time basically moved time ahead "12 hours" of game time. Middle of the day becomes middle of the night; dusk becomes dawn, and vice versa. I wish we had more control over the time.

And I wish we could slow it down some. It seems way too fast for what I get done and it's already sunset, or sunrise.

The game does seem to transition between night and day a little too quickly. There are so many instances in which I start a task or something during the night and before I have completed whatever I set out to do, its already daytime. I like the idea of both entering and exiting a clandestine operation under the cover of night.

If you are playing on PC with an Xbox controller, can you still stop the time transition manually? Or does it still automatically go through the full 12 hour cycle or whatever it is?

I do not know. I have a controller... does anyone know the button to stop the transition?

I can't find anything online that says you can stop it manually. It would be a nice feature though, kinda closer in use to MGSV's phantom cigar. I'd also like to see a slider for time of day added for photo mode, a la Horizon: Zero Dawn.

Thanks for your help. I just tried manually stopping the transition with an Xbox controller on PC and it doesn't seem to work. Shame, that would have been a great feature and would have improved the time shifting mechanic altogether

Yeah, I want it too. I was trying to get a comparison visual shot last night and spent over an hour messing around trying to get time to advance to sunset, and it was amazing how little the sun moved in the sky when I wanted it to. Play a short little mission and it advances across the sky, but when I WANT it to advance, it just sits there like a hippon on dope. (Sorry, it's early in the morning; best I could come up with; and I'm seriously ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bummed about the graphics card market crash.)
