Jackals Gaze
Whats the deal with this weapon? mine has a little yellow present box in the corner of its icon, where does this come from?

That little symbol means it was given to you as a special reward. Some of the Trials of the Gods have those. I wonder if the game substituted it for one of the Trials of the Gods events because you already had the item that was supposed to be given during the event in which you got the Jackal's Gaze? Maybe someone else will know for sure...

The 4 items that I have, with that symbol: 2 came from the Trials, and 1 came from the Final Fantasy XV DLC that launched a few weeks ago.. Not sure where the other was from.

The whole situation revolving around the Jackal's Gaze is odd. Obviously it was meant to be acquired in the Smoke Over Water quest as it was fully rendered and inputed in the cutscenes showing Bayek acquiring it and about to fire an arrow from it. Either whoever was responsible for rendering the cutscenes went way off script and did it on their own accord or it was meant to be given in that quest and Ubisoft just didn't realize how powerful its stats are for a lvl 15 quest reward.

How does one get that weapon? The one from final fantasy

It should pop up as a mission over near the pyramids. When you approach that area a meteor will fall from the sky and Bayek will get all excited.
